Peter has spent the majority of his career in the Education sector, most recently as Director of Sport at Mentone Grammar for 7 years. He has held a variety of leadership and management positions and been lucky enough to work with a variety of talented athletes and their families as they work towards and embark on professional sporting careers.

With a wealth of Practice Management experience, Kath ensures everyone who visits Foundry Athletic is greeted with a smile and leaves no stone unturned to make sure the experience is a positive one.

Patrick has been at the forefront of delivering high-performance programs in the private sector in Melbourne for the past 5 years. His experience as a High Performance Manager in the NBL1 and strength and conditioning expertise in the VFL combine to deliver a world-class Athletic Development Program at Foundry Athletic.

Coming from Ireland, Niall has worked in both professional and international rugby union as well as with the Irish women's Olympic field hockey team. He has also completed concussion research with the National Collegiate Athletic Association in America and with World Rugby.

Darcy has a Master of Clinical Psychology from Swinburne University and experience with the Danny Frawley Centre, St Kilda Football Club, and various sports initiatives. He is now a Clinical Psychology Registrar in the public mental health system and anjoys supporting Athletes across all sports in the mental wellbeing space.

With a Master's in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor in Exercise Sports Science from Swinburne University, Nat specialises in athlete rehabilitation. She incorporates Clinical Pilates and draws from over six years of competitive swimming at the Open National level to enhance her practice.

Steve worked in Occupational Therapy for 5 years before he studied Physiotherapy at UniSA and ACU. Steve has worked in rugby, soccer and footy as a trainer and physio. As a former cricketer at Melbourne Cricket Club in premier cricket, Steve has an understanding of the demands of playing sport at an elite level.

With over 7 years of experience in private practice and with AFL clubs, Gabby has a deep understanding of sports massage and injury management. She tailors her treatments to meet the unique needs of athletes, promoting recovery, enhancing performance, and preventing injuries.

Lachlan is a qualified ASCA Level 1, Strength and Conditioning coach with a strong interest in AFL and field-based athletes. He is the current High-Performance Manager of the Sandringham Dragons boys' program, strengthened with his experience at Werribee Football Club in the VFL and time coaching at Carey Baptist Grammar. He understands what it takes to develop young athletes at an elite level.

Liam is a Strength and Conditioning Coach (ASCA Level 1) with experience in court and field sports. As High-Performance Manager at Beaumaris Sharks and Lead Strength Coach for Basketball Victoria’s State Development Program, he is also an accomplished triathlete himself who understands the balance between endurance, agility and speed for team and individual athletes.

Brendan, from Mackay, Australia, is a former elite track and field athlete, winning gold in the 4x400m relay at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. With qualifications in soft tissue therapy, exercise science, strength and conditioning, pilates, and philosophy, he has worked globally as a therapist, coach, and manager, including roles as Head Coach at ALTIS and Start Coach for the USA Olympic Bobsled and Skeleton Team.
